At Wheaton Solution, athletic development is the heartbeat of what we do. In our experience, the fastest and most explosive athlete will almost always prevail in sports. As a result, speed and athletic movement are the core focus within our programs. Every exercise, drill and progression that we put our athletes through in our weight room and on our field will ultimately be tied into our goal of making them as fast and athletic as possible while reducing their risk of injury.
